Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Corner Property platform, website, and related services (the “Platform”). By registering or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Investment Disclaimer.

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter binding contracts. You represent that you are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law. We may require identity verification (KYC) before you invest or withdraw.

3. Nature of the Platform

The Platform facilitates access to information about real estate investment opportunities and related tools (e.g. wallet, documentation, communications). It does not constitute a personal recommendation, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice unless explicitly agreed in a separate written engagement.

Property investments involve risk, including possible loss of capital. Past performance or projected returns are not guarantees of future results.

4. Accounts & security

You are responsible for accurate registration information and for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or compliance risk.

5. Investments

• Each opportunity may be subject to a separate prospectus, subscription agreement, or terms specific to that property or vehicle.
• Minimum amounts, fees, lock-up periods, and distribution rules will be disclosed in the relevant documentation.
• Funding targets and timelines are not guaranteed; projects may be delayed, restructured, or cancelled subject to applicable law and offering terms.

6. Fees

We may charge platform, management, success, or payment-processing fees as disclosed before you commit. Fees may change for new offerings with notice as required by law.

7. Wallet & payments

Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment methods and may be subject to verification, limits, and third-party processing times. You are responsible for providing correct payment details.

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, launder money, defraud others, scrape the site in violation of our rules, or use the Services in breach of sanctions or export controls.

9. Intellectual property

Content on the Platform (text, graphics, logos, software) is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use in line with these Terms.

10. Third-party links

The Platform may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or real estate investments.

Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising from the Platform (excluding gross negligence or wilful misconduct where not excludable) may be limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corner Property and its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of law.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated version and, where required, notify you. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance.

14. Governing law & disputes

Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory jurisdiction rules for consumers.
